In August 2010, I mailed my black Chanel frames to Decor My Eyes for repair, as the paint on the frames had become scuffed and the lenses as well. I wanted them to be "restored" as they advertised on the website. I was contacted for payment, which I provided over the phone. Although I repeatedly contacted the company for my glasses to be returned they still have not been, almost a year later. The glasses originally cost me almost $500 and I really liked them. I would just really like them back.

I sent back a pair of prescription prada glasses for repairs September 2010 and have yet to receive them. The repair was quite simple easily could have brought them else where for repairs but decor my eyes was to repair the damaged frame at no cost other then return shipping. I've recently contacted a rep for the decor my eyes website and she claimed the company has a new owner that bought the merchandise and cannot give me any information about my returned frames. So if anyone has any sort of a resolution to this problem please share:)
