Delta Sonic Differential blew, was never checked and never was told of leak Niagara Falls, New York

The vehicle was purchased and the day it was put on the road, it was taken to Delta Sonic lube for all fluids to be checked. Three days later the rear differential blew and it had to be towed home. I went to Delta Sonic and they printed the receipt again and it stated it was full. i complained to manager and he said to file a claim. They came and looked at the truck and finally called a few days later. Mind you there were no signs of them opening the differential to check the fluid. Delta Sonic called from coporate and said this statement. There mechanics claim that the differential show signs of leaking and the pinion was leaking. They did not advise me of the leak when the vehicle was there but yet said it was full. If there mechanics had said it was leaking when it was there then it would of been parked and towed to a repair shop to have it repaired. Instead they let us leave thinking everything was ok. It that would of locked up or caused the vehicle to be in an accident then who would of been responsible. I think they are trying to push it under the carpet. The think that really set off a bad attititude is they offered free car washes for a good faith gesture. I am thinking of contacting a lawyer to show Delta Sonic they can't hide behind there desks.
