Several years ago, after looking at many companies, we selected Denison's Landscaping to install a patio, design and install a two-tier brick wall and put a lot of plants and trees in our yard. Initially, we were very pleased until we discovered that they had forgotten to put the concrete between the two-tier brick wall and this is when it all started. We called them repeatedly and were promised that someone would come back out and take a look but this has gone on for years. Finally, again, several months ago, my husband contacted one of the owners Frank who came out but never got back to us. My husband decided that the best way to handle this is to inform the public of their poor customer service and lack of work ethics. Unfortunately, I decided to give them one more chance. So, having had enough of this poor customer service, I contacted Peggy (John Denison's Assistant) who assured me that she or John Denison would get back to me that same day and it has been weeks and still no resolution or return call. I did reach Peggy about two weeks ago and she said that she would followup and get back to me the next day but still she has not. We are now done with the run around and will find another company to complete the poor job done by Denison's Landscaping Inc. The prices at Denison's Landscaping are not cheap, so if you do not want a high cost poorly done job, I highly recommend that you not use this company. They did not complete our job and refuse to return our calls.
