These guys are a complete ripoff. They kept my "deposit,'" promised fast service, and don't really send anyone. I locked myself out of my car and I called for roadside assistance. They wanted a deposit to send out their locksmith. Said they could have someone there within 5 to 10 minutes. I gave them my credit card number and they charged me $50. I waited for 20 minutes, and called them back. They made excuses, and said someone was on the way. After another call and another 20 minutes, I called and told them to cancel my changes because I was calling another lockshmith. The other locksmith had a truck there within 10 minutes. He said he had heard simular complaints about denverlocksmiths.com. All they do is call another company to go out, and then they take keep your deposit. When I saw the $50 bill from Denver Locksmiths on may statement I called for a refund. They gave me a big runaround and three months later I still don't have my refund. Watch out for these guys. They are a complete scam.
