Hi my name is Charles h price jr on august 10th 2010 I had what seemed to be a heart failure this happened in palm springs california. [email protected] we need a attornie to help please asap. In 2007 I was pronounced terminally ill due to a lifelong health issue I was born with the university. Of Washington medical center cardio health made this assessment after extensive testing and surgery. I was told I will never work again and had basically 1 to 5 years to live if I'm lucky I was denied ssi and medical I needed. So I was forced to retain binder and binder and currently have a hearing planned in October 2010 my condition can kill me in a moment's notice without warning stress is my number 1 enemy it's a bullet aimed right at my heart I spend most days in bed due to pain and fatigue. I'm basically screwed health wise period and its well documented around the u.s.a. I'm in the extreme advance stages of p.a.d over 90% of my body are plugged including my heart. On 8/10/2010 I made a call to an attorney in northern California regarding a summons that was served wrongfully to another person over a debt of 5,000 I cannot pay I simply called to see if we could keep this out of court or resolve itdue to the fact I have no income or money what so ever and am being cared for by family and friends for the last few years since 2007. This attorney failed to tell me to call was being recorded until almost 10 minutes into the call. Then out of nowhere the attorney began badgering me extensively into saying thing that were not true and accused me basically running from my debt. Due to moving all over the country not true at all I then tried to explain why the debt was not paid due to the fact the debt was a loan from wells Fargo for 5,000 and the fact well Fargo to this date has never once sent me a single statement payment book or anything period ever acknowledging I owe one dime. Even after several visits and calls to the bank and up to date address info so I gave up well in the summon son it claims the debt collector made personal contact with me on this matter this is also not true at all I have never hears of these guys and there from the east coast? They lied in the summons and so did the attorney that filed this as they claim the now for a fact I now and have lived at the address I was served this is not true at all im a Washington state resident and have been since 1988 were I still currently live and worked for many years on occasion I come to California to work or do missionary work in mexico or I come here for health and social security reasons I can explain this in exact details later for you. This female attorney got load and very angry or frustrated and lead this simple call into a outrageous outbreak of anger which forced me to drop the phone due to what I was told by paramedics as heart failure due to some form of stress or? I told this women several times I was sick and still she refused to allow me to get one word of my own in and was leading me into false testimony in a attempt to catch me at???? But in turn she only lead me to the er ward of desert hospital in Palm Springs California. Well this situation was not over yet apparently or it was just a real bad day for me to wake up I guess as I was attacked again about 1 hour later by the one person I did not know or ever meet before and trusted with my life due to the simple fact that I was supposedly in one of the best hospitals in the county. Wrong. After being checked out by nurses and or aids tech ECT. This guy walks in unannounced no name nothing and being grossly grilling me with a battery of questions about why I'm in his hospital not one question related to my current situation then a second wave of questioning began basely the same as a police officer would if they knew you were a criminal???? About why in what he called hospital hopping in Washington and California this guy never once even looked at my medical records and cat scan cd I had in hand when I arrived given to the nurses. I tried 4 times to explain I was diagnosed terminally ill and there were things he needed to know on the cds I was ignored this guy was a complete asshole period from the second he interred the room relentlessly trying to control the conversation not letting me complete my answer telling me basically to shut up and answer his question the way he wanted to hear it still on this kick or confession about my hospital stays in the past this guy in his mind thought and treated me like I was some kind of scam of drug attic looking for a free ride at this point I was seriously offended and angry about his whole situation he was causing then a third wave of questioning came out of his assholish mouth wanting to know what lead up to my visit again to his hospital like he owned it. I tried to explain that as well about the attorney I just had a stressful call with that turned real ugly and next thing I know imp in the er. He repeatedly shut me up while I tried explaining what happened he blatantly stated out loud for all to her he did not give a crap about the attorney why am I here! Again he demanded to know why I was there in his hospital and what caused it well if this jack *ss would of listened the first time he would know right or even took the time to look at my medical records he would of known right. Wrong he did not care and basically in his own w2ords I'm a liar and he did not believe one word then this *sshole went out in the hall right in front of all to hear told a nurse something up with this clown I'm ordering blood for testing of drugs? No cardio nothing ,What *ss I was there for a cardiac arrest which I have a well documented case and history of this guy never even once touched me medically at all nothing he just came in to interrogated what he thought was a freak basically and just left me to die doing not one thing to offer a service I'm expected to pay. At this point my blood was boiling mad when a aid to the hospital came in I requested personal that the nurse ask this guy not to come back period very nicely well this arrogant jerk was furious. And minutes later he came right back when he found out of my request right in front of my family and the head charge nurse he started right back into me telling me he was in charge of things around here and what I wanted did not concern him and he was my doctor weather I liked it or not and nobody was goanna tell him how to do his job???? My answer you get the h*ll away from me right now I want another doctor get out he refused and keep shouting back at this point all the monitor for my heat were screaming of the charts in the form of cardio issues he didn't care and continued on in front of the whole er staff and patient. I repeatedly told him to leave he remained my brother a trained emt from the us army who now cares for a former us diplomat ordered him to desist his current tone and attitude towards a terminally ill person and formally requested him to move on and bring another doctor in again he stated how in his hospital things don't work that way again my brother told him to leave he did not that's when I went bolististic at what was happening and told him I was goanna make him leave heart failure or not by force if necessary and request the nurse to call the police and have him arrested the nurse did not comply. So I started swearing at the doctor he told he to shut the h*ll up and stop swearing I told him I will not and gave him one final warning if he did not leave he most likely would cause a course of action of violence against him I also warned him I was trained by the us army special force in hand to hand and he was provoking a dangerous person into a rage and it would not be tolerated any longer period get the hell out of her he exploded into louder voice ordering nursing to call security immediately there a threat in the hospital and I was to be remove from the building if need be and still he would not leave till my brother walked towards him with a hard look and this jerk ran off not to be seen at all again and I was never treated and the staff showed up several minutes later asking me to sign some sort of self release for from the hospital and I was ask to go elsewhere basically for cardio help. All this simply because I had a attack of the heart and asked for help twice in the same day I was viciously verbally attacked which lead me to the hospital well one who did not one thing to help other than a nitro tad it wasn't till 2 days later I made my way 70 mile away to the county hospital where they were exceedingly helpful and understanding to what just happened to me at desert hospital. I believe this doctor broke many laws that day and serious and grossly endangered my life the staff refused to call police to my aid my terminal health issues were ignored and I was basically extreme shaken and ill in bed as a result were im currently stil to this day as a result of a attorney who started this nightmarish day and a hospital stay from h*ll and a guy I see as a serious dr jackal who needs to be arrested and barred for life from any for of medical practice period. He repeatedly was concerned about me being in his hospital in the past I tried to tell him no if I was there I do not remember and if so it was a very long while ago or he is mistaking me for my father who has the exact same name and health conditions not to mention the fact I've been in Washington state since 1988. Thank for any help any of you attorneys or judges can give on assisting in this outrageous act of gross abuse of powers of office against my person and the extremely dangerous health situation state I was abandon in suffered physically as a result of only to end up with a monstrous bill and nothing in any form of care to show health benefit for.
