The owner of this company, Bruce T. Robertson, has as far back as 2003 under the names Mobile Solutions, Inc, and Mobile Solutions Foodservice, Inc. systematically bankrupts his companies after embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars through Ponzi schemes. He also sold a $122,418.00 customer catering van on 5/16/2005 that he did not own; the buyer had to return it to the leasing company as it was considered stolen; shortly after, he dissolved his company.
Now under the name of Design Fabricators LLC, he has stolen/embezzled more through jobs that he underbids by approx. 30% and receives money upfront without delivering the end product or paying for the components Now this company is in receivership and he has renamed a new company as Design Fabricators of Colorado.

Bruce Robertson is a REAL CREEP, Liar, and Pathetic. He has been reported to Match.com and is no longer on the site, at least for now.
His story:
1st wife(who was adopted and from Greece) left him and their 2 children to pursue her birth parents in Greece for 8 months. She returned when she was told by her lawyer that she would loose the children. She filed for separation and moved back into the house, where she was having an affair with ?. Bruce was so distraught and his employer (Hotel industry, maybe Marriott or Casio ?) transferred him to Philly. He had to sign off on documents that he would not take claim to the money his wife was inheriting from her father. Is this true?
2nd Wife had an affair with her Yoga Instructor. He gave her the house and all the money. REALLY? Is any of this true. Did he really father 5 kids?
Claims to be a Christian, avid tennis player, and works out. Certainly not much evidence there!
He is a shallow man who can sweet talk, pretend he's interested in spiritual things, and likes playing mind games.
He also claims he doesn't believe in prenuptials, which would make since if he is stealing his wife's money! No wonder he doesn't share his last name when asked!

Wow, I got the almost same story - the only difference was that his second wife, who he was married to for 18 years, gained 100 lb and suffered from depression. He is tall and very well dressed - and yes he does wine and dine you.
However, there was something did not quite add up in his story so that I googled him. I was overwhelmed by the amount of complains, alerts, and lawsuits. He personally did not do anything wrong to me so that I cannot attest that he is that vicous. However, I just want to send my condolesnce to anyone who was victimized by this person. And thank you for posting these alerts. |

This ass fuck just scammed me for an oven that he sold me on Ebay with his now defunct Culinary Excellence Group. He took the money & never sent the oven. This is his new business:

| I met this thug on Christian Mingle. He was very charismatic and quite charming. I think it took me about 5 minutes to realise this guy was player. It took me a bit longer to realise he was dangerous. The more drunk he got, the more his defenses came down and the more his lies started stepping on each other. He wanted to get me drunk as well. I haven't been drunk in 30 years and I certainly was not going to succumb at Magianno's under the power of this dufus. Anywhoooooo...I was tired of him, excused myself to go to the restroom and left. I reported him to Christian Mingle as well as the church he claims to attend. Red Rocks Church people BEWARE!!! |

Mr. Robertson scammed me as well, on a alto sham oven. After 7 months I have finally received money back. His new company is Commercial Kitchen Center LLC.

I have done business with Mr. Bruce Robertson several times during the last year. He and his company have been very reliable, every time, providing with the best service, very professional and were for us, an excellent source for all our Kitchen equipment needs. They beat all competitors in price and the time of delivery. Off course, we are happy with that.
The reviews system is not always fair, because anyone can say WHATEVER they want and how readers will know the truth behind all, when some may be used by competitors, others tell lies, under self interest or evil motivations.
I read the reviews posted. Incidents and miscommunication in business transactions happens, but sometimes things go wrong even when we do our best and didn't do anything wrong intentionally.
I also became aware of Bruce's past personal life challenges and some Court judgments, but what has been said here is a mixture of unfortunate facts with a bunch of terrible lies added, half truths distorted, with the intent of ruining a hard working man's reputation, an open threat to destroy his future for the sake of vengeance.
Women can be very vicious, specially when exes feel hurt and ally themselves to destroy a man, whom they both once loved but lost, for whatever reason that may be. When dishonest vindictive women are hurt in their pride, in their own lack of wisdom, or because they didn't get their way completely, after using and stealing from the same man, not only money and things, but of his good name, they will for sure, one day rip and pay for their evil. Justice may delay but will come, and what goes around comes around. So, those who do that, better watch out. God sees both sides and doesn't err.
Even the Court System makes mistakes at times, based on their perception of the truth and if the accused part doesn't have funds for a good lawyer, at the time, they may have no option than take the guilty plea and end up under a sentence which will influence their future and make it harder for them to get back up. Victims of bad choices and bad people may end up in a big mess. Only a person of true excellence can overcome such situations.
Bruce has proved himself over and over, deserving the trust from us. After I got to know the truth about him and in our interactions, I can only say great things about him; his honesty, ethics and very professional personality, were what first brought me to deal with him and I have not been disappointed.
I came across the reviews after a few deals, but continued to do business with him, even after, because I decided not to judge him only by the appearances of the facts but went to verify what was said and heard his side of the story.
I wish the best for Bruce and hope his business succeeds greatly. |

Too bad this conman isn't in jail long ago protecting her and everyone in the unfortunate path of being another one of this reptile's victims. | I have never been taken in by such a clever scam in my life! Never do business with this company, you will be sorry. After having been told that equipment had shipped, found that it had not, even after money had been wired directly into a bank account. Waited almost a month for equipment that should have delivered within a week. Lots of hassle and customers waiting on equipment to arrive, it began to look like I was the crooked one. Fortunately they understood, and I didn't require payment up front, especially not a wire transfer! Horrible Experience!The only good thing I can say is that money was refunded to me. Otherwise, this is a train wreck scam that uses cheap prices to suck you in. Don't trust this company, Please! |
