Destiny Research Center Bewar of this Ripoff Sparks, Nevada

In December I received a letter in the mail from Marie Duval who is supposedly associated with Destiny Research Center, 1285 Baring Blvd, Sparks, Nevada. In this 12 page letter she quotes triple and quadruple 7 days during the year of 2011 that will bring me huge fortunes and that if I sent her $25.00 before midnightSunday, I would receive a magnetic bracelet and sapphire jewelry as well as my Golden Predictions for the year 2011. Nothing received and I don't expect to see anything from this ripoff artist. She further asks in her letter why would I refuse this friendly help as she is the one taking all the risks while I take none. That's a laugh, the only risk I take is $25.00 with a bogus garauntee that if the big changes she sees for me in 2011 do not materialize ( especially on the money front and emotional front too, I can return her Golden Predictions for the year 2011 without a word of explanation and she solemnly promises to return my money. That's going to be difficult as they never sent those Golden predictions nor the magnetic bracelet or marvelous sapphire jewelry. Yes, I was dumb enough to fall for all this and am out $25. Just another way for a scam artist to steal from the gullible and foolhardy elder like me. All I can say is that i feel so foolish to have fallen for this scam. I only wish that there was something that could be done about these people. They prey on the elder and gullible people who have lost hope and reach out for aqnything that may help them better their situation.

My 93 yr old Mother has received mail from Maria Duval c/o Destiny Research Center, Sparks, NV. along with a Talisman which eventually will bring her a large sum of money once she returned half of mit along with a check for $7.00 plus $3.00 for special handling & first-class delivery fees. Told her this was a scam which I recognized even before I researched it on line.
