I am looking for potential Class Action Members who have had problems with OCWEN and Deutsche Bank regarding loan modification frauds, wrongful foreclosure, breach of contract, deceptive practices, false credit reporting, failing to properly credit account after posting payments to accounts; especially if you were current at the time of the alleged actions. An action against Ocwen and Deutsche Bank is pending in the Middle District of Florida. Foxx, Tampa, FL

Please contact me at [email protected], we refinanced our ocwen second mortgage and we are still being harrassed by Ocwen. We did everything right and they are holding up our closing and trying to rake us for 3k extra. they have damaged our credit and sending notice of default, we would be great candidates for class action since we have proof they didn't follow their own procedures. title company is totally amazed what an unprofessional organization they are
