DidYouSay.com Ordered bamboo curtains paid with debit/credit card never got goods and they never responded to e-mail messages I sent or answered phon

On Mar.5, 2011 I ordered 2 pair of wood/bamboo beaded curtains from an online company, DidYouSay.com. Cost per curtain was $21.99 each. Total for both curtains was $43.98 plus $12.44 shipping (FedEX Ground). Total cost was $56.42, which I paid for with my Visa card. I received confirmation of this transaction on same date. On Saturday, Mar. 19, 2011, after not hearing from company or FedEx, I sent them an e-mail inquiring as to whereabouts of my order. I received a reply from them stating "We apologize for inconvenience warehouse closed will check on order Monday" Tuesday, Mar. 22, 2011 I received a FedEx Shipment notification stating that my order was due to ship on Mar. 21, 2001 and gave me a tracking number. I clicked on tracking number and it said my order was due to ship on 03/21/2011 and should arrive at my home on 03/24/2011. When my order didn't arrive by Saturday, March 26, 2011 I went to the FedEx site again and clicked on the tracking number again.
It still showed shipment date as: Anticipated ship date Mar 21, 2011, but this time no date as to delivery. Instead under Shipment Options was the following: Hold at FedEx location service is not available for this shipment. On Monday, Mar. 28, 2011 I sent didyousay.com an e-mail message asking what happened to my order and my money. I never got a response to this message. On April 1, 2011 I sent another message in large bold type asking about my order and told them if I didn't hear back I was going to seek legal help. To this message I received the following message, "It appears your order will ship on 4/5 due to a backorder in the spotchevron style beaded curtain. You will receive delivery of your curtains on Thursday or Friday. Additionally we will be refunding a 10% discount back to your card for the delay. Thank you again for your patience." On Saturday, April 9, 2011 still no sign of my curtains, my discount, or my money. I sent them another e-mail and told them I was unhappy with this situation and I wanted a response back from them by Tuesday April 12, 2011. I was gone from Tuesday April 12, 2011 until Sunday April 17, 2011. When I checked my mail and e-mail there had been no responses to my messages and no delivery of my goods. Today, Tuesday, April 19, 2011 I decided to try a phone call to the number they had posted at their website. The phone rang only once and an answering machine message came on as follows: "Thank you for calling didyousay.com. Unfortunately no one is available to take your call at this time. Please visit us online at didyousay.com or e-mail us at [email protected]. Thank you." I hung up phone and tried several more times to no avail. Same message every time with only one ring. I have saved all correspondences and information pertaining to this transaction. If anyone can tell me how I would go about trying to get my money back, please let me know. There must be a way to track down their phone number or where money deposits were made or something to lead the law officers to them to have them arrested for fraud.
