We hired Digital Trike to re-build a website based on being told that Digital trike was a "highly-experienced" Magento developer with many "high-profile" clients to their name. After working with Digital Trike for three weeks, it became all-too-clear that their experience, programming expertise,use of Magento plug-ins, and professional development level with Magento as a whole was very lacking in detail, design, functionality, error-free programming code and all-around site integrity. The company was so into delivering what they called "Deliverables Within Scope" which we "think" means "delivering what their interpritation of our work agreement", that they totally lost sight of the fact that WE hired them to deliver a "Website THAT WORKED". The website, at the time they sent us their "final bill" for services, dot not work, thus requiring us to hire a second company to completely go through the site and repair all of Digital Trike's numerous programming errors, layout, order and email form layout, navigation and the like. Summary:
Only hire this company with the expectation that you will need a "REAL" Magento developer to repair Digital Trike's Work.
