these pens are suppose to be NEW not used, not refurbished pens sets. DRIVER CD for both pen sets, when you go to thier web site i.e., it has a tab for you to select live " CHAT " session to contact the company for problems and/or defective goods received, these people do not speak English, they do not know how to handle these problems, the live " CHAT " session I was disconnected several times, there is NO phone number to contact the company directly, on my 8th so called live " CHAT " session I was told email the problem to them along with my order number, I send in excess of 9 emails that these are USED products and I purchased NEW products to be very specific two (2) pen sets that are video, photo, recording capable according to their advertisement that is. Their products are GARBAGE, DO NOT do business with this company massive problems getting them to respond and getting them to handle refunds, or ship the correct products you ordered in the first place. I ordered my product April 05, 2011, this is now May 27, 2011 the reason it took so long to get the product, they process payments from Texas the number their is 1-713-773-9898 as third party billing for this company. Furthermore, your 30 days to file dispute is over by the time you get the product to test it, to use it to report problems very clever ploy on behalf of this company. Consumers please DO NOT purchase items from this company your getting junk, used, refurbished products without the company disclosing that to the consumers who are purchasing their products. |I also purchased from Ansitai Logistics under the auspice of Dino Direct, an LCD programmable thermostat, which arrived with no English instructions whatsoever, have sent 5 emails over a week and got no response, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, this was an ebay item and did not say that no english instructions would come|
|Having similar problems getting sweatshirts come jackets replaced for larger ones...I purchased 6 size XL which in most countries is Extra Large... well they arrived in scattered parcels over 10 days ... When the first one arrived I naturally tried it on, STRUTH a 10 year old boy could wear it, not a 6'1" 97kg Guy from Australia, like the others I have sent soooooo many emails asking them to cancell XL and exchange for XXL but nobody is answering, now all except 1 sweatshirt is here, just got the tracking number for the last one BUT it's still XL according to the paperwork. My wife is Chinese and she wrote an email to DinoDirect as they would not respond to mine, now I have a case number and an RMA number, but Christ what a hassle. Don’t go on your countries sizes when you’re dealing with a Chinese Manufacture as they simply don't get it|

They really dont care and are snding a lot of info that is computer generated and you cannot get to a real person.
I am sure we are just fighting shaddows - KEEP AWAY FROM THEM - they are the pits as dar as trade goes
|I have bought a Vacuum Bag Sealer and I can't read the instructions because they are written in Chinese and all I can get from Dino Direct is that the instructions are on the website. Well the full instructions are not on the website and I am left to try to figure this out for myself. No more will I deal from DinoDirect.|
|i ordered an 250wm laser pointer with the order number 965323L9-DD on the 9th of august. I recieved my package today and it only had 2 AAA batteries with value of $1. i would a replacment sent or a refund of money|

|DinoDirect seems to be legitimate but not on my order. Here is my brief review about them. |
Based on my friend's recommendation, I made an order with DinoDirect. After ordering my Tablet PC(Ainol Novo8), they agreed to fulfill my extra requests. On 27 Dec'2011, I received an email on parcel tracking and this is where it all started.
I paid for FedEx carrier but they send with EMS without any prior notification which is not acceptable. One of the reasons I choose FedEx over others is, as per the customs in my country, FedEx is not considered as post hence they have an upper limit value for import of items, Particularly Electronics. They have failed here. I was then told to pay close to $30 to customs due to their error. Now here comes the next part of the issues. I can see, none of the extra request was fulfilled by them which were promised that their “Professional staff” would take care. One of the requests is wrap the items individually however the received package was terrible. They have kept the power adapter right in top of the touch screen without any sort cushion which has caused heavy dents.
Upon testing the unit, I found touch screen to be defective. There is no response to the touch actions. I immediately emailed DinoDirect Customer Service about this whole issue along with the necessary pictorial and video evidence of the issue. Few days later, I received an email confirmation from them for agreeing to refund (Credit vouchers) the order (keep the defective item) and to wait for next 24h. I emailed them again asking for the updated but this time, I received shocker. I was told, they could not refund me and they accuse me of fraud. The reason being, I used the customs receipt of $30(part of the evidence) and video of the defect, with someone’s order too to get the RMA. Holy cow!! How can this happen? Now I realized, the CS is in for a game. Their CS where irresponsible, when asked about more details on the accusation and they stared to give some lame excuses and I can see them dragging thing. To clear them, I went ahead making new set of evidence and water making all of them and even provide them contact number of the customs and post authorities for them to verify. It has been two weeks, I’ve not got any response so far.
DinoDirect own my $180. With the trauma I’m undergoing I would never recommend them. Stay away. Thanks for reading.
