December 15th, I was e-mailed that the package was in the process of being shipped. I was provided with two tracking numbers, one from Singapore Post, the other from Canada Post. Note: at this time I resigned myself the music box would not arrive my Christmas, however, I held out the possibility that the gift would arrive by New Years, wrong!

I continued to track my package online, Singapore Post did verified that the package was sent from China on December 15th. That's where the initial trail ends.

On January 10th, with nothing updated on the tracking information, I decided to contact my CC company to contest payment. I was able to track down a contact number, as well, my CC company gave me a toll free number 1-877-321-3622. Called over several days, no response (no one picked up, left home phone, cellphone & work phone number on the answering machine each time).

January 17th packed arrived at my place. Finally got the music box, and I will NEVER deal with these guys again. It appears this is a company based out of China, with front offices in Canada, US, UK for the purpose of trade/hiding the fact it is an overseas company. Very dissatisfied and will never ever use again!
