I bought the family ties tickets August 1,2010. I then went and booked my flight on October16,2010 via the phone my booked seats were 7A,7B,8E,8F For April 7th with a return flight of April 17 Th seats 8A,8B,8E,8F.This was every ones first time flying on a plane also I have severe anxiety and panic attacks as well as my son that is why I wanted my tickets booked far in advanced and I told the woman booking our tickets.We figured this would be a nice start to flying as we live in Niagara falls, ny.When we arrived at the airport I never thought for one minute that I would not have the seats that I booked since I booked these tickets back on October 16th of 2010.When I arrived at the airport in Niagara Falls we had seats 20A,20B,19E,19F but, we boarded anyhow.When we had our return flight I called on Tuesday April 12th to make sure we had those seats and explained again that I had anxiety and panic and how important it was to have those seats and I was told not to worry that I had my seats booked and their would be no problems.Well we went to the airport I did have the seats we booked I had the boarding passes with my seat numbers on the tickets.I was also informed my carry ons would have to be checked in as the plane was full and they did not have any room.. we get on the plane go to our seats their are three woman sitting in our seats and people in my children's seats.The stewardess came over and checked our tickets and checked the people sitting in our seats and they were to be in row 22 not 8 they refused to get out of our seats .The stewardess called security after trying to talk to these horrible woman as we were led to the front of the plane the pilot told the stewardess that she could not do that.I informed the pilot as well as the stewardess that I had panic and anxiety and I did not want to sit in the back of the plane due to my panic.The stewardess found my children two seats together and my husband and myself stood in the front of the plane for atleast 20 minutes as the pilot did nothing to get us seats I went to check on my kids and a couple with two children came on the plane and they made my kids move as they were in the couples seats .I ended up going back to the front of the plane as the stewardess told me she could do nothing as the pilot said she could not have security move them off the plane.I told the pilot what I was told and he said no he could not have them moved,At this point I had a full blown panic attack as I and the rest of my family did not have any seats to sit and I started crying and the pilot was on the announcement and told everyone on the plane he had a nervous passenger and that I wanted to sit with my husband and asked if someone could give up seats for two people row 8 and above and that he would make it up to them .I had never been so humiliated and embarrassed and unbelievably upset as I was on that plane that was a horrible experience that I would not wish on anyone.They also put my children in seats that they were not even sitting together my family was split up.I would never recommend this airline to anyone my family went from having a wonderful vacation to ending in a complete disaster.Today is Tuesday and I am still upset and feel completely drained.I don't know if I will fly on a plane again but, if we do I know it will not be with direct air
