The Satellite Industry as a whole has went to hell in a hand basket.I'm 100% sure that a really good law firm worth their salt could bring the two major satellite providors to their knees.The whole industry is filled with unfair business practices.Most all of these financial bashings fall directly in the lap of the little guy,thats right the very poor guy who comes to your home and installs your new satellite tv system.He pays for all his materials without reimbursment from anyone.If a customer calls and inquires about his estimated time of arrival he is charged back, if the customer has no land based phone service and the recievers cannot be hooked up to a phone line he is charged back for that too,not to mention all the seedy companies who just flat out steal from these technicians.There is no quality of life for the folks who choose to try to work in this industry,six and seven day work weeks and very longs days with way to little compensation.Don't believe me look everywhere else on the internet it's everywhere.Someone please with this plague!By the way,if a contractor owes you money and refuses to pay you,take a contractors lein out on a couple of customers you did new installations for.I promise this will get a ton of unwanted attention and you will get your money pretty quick.
