Called directv via a flyer add 1-800-210-6929 ordered a pack called Choice Ultimate with spanish channels over the phoen all sounded good. The installer came and fixed the antenna plus cut the regular tv cable I have. After he was finished he said dude you do not have HD receivers or a HD dish you need to call directv to fix that and we can come back and install the correct items. I am so stupid that I signed the friggen paper he gave me. Turns out I got a simple pack that does not even have CNN in it the main remote does not work was on the phone with them from 2.00 pm friday till 10.30 pm same day they lied about everything I said about the features saying that what is shown in the website does not apply in the order that you placed. They lied about every single matter such as the English packs dont include spanish channels when i check online they show plenty of spanish channels both in the english packs and the spanish packs. It was supposed to be a surprise for my wife and it turned into the biggest disaster in my entire life. When i told them that I dont want the service and wnat to cancel they gave me all sorts of Bullshit about teh return process. and the fees so I have pictures and tapes and the whole nine yards plus messages to the bank to cancel the credit card used for this bullshit directv company. They are frauds and use deceptive words and also false advertising online versus their fliers. I will fight them if it is the last thing I do. redstring stands for ...........................
