On or about Jan 26th 2010 I won the action for a 2005 Acura Radio on eBay. The item was paid for via paypal for $161.00 and according to email records the item shipped. Upon receiving the radio it was not installed until 20 days after the arrival of the shipment. Upon installation the radio was found to be broken. During this time I called and emailed and called and was always given the runaround. I finally was given an RMA # The item was shipped back via USPS with delivery receipt
From 6-2-10 until 6-23-11 the company Discount OEM Radios in Ga has not returned calls nor have they worked to solve this issue. The reason for this complaint is this company continues to this day to defraud consumers by selling radios that are knowingly defective and or alleged to be stolen from other areas. There is plenty of information available on the
internet backing up my claims of fraud in this case.

I have had a similar experience with Discount OEM Radios. I was sent a defective radio. Sent the radio back and was told a replacement could not be found and I would be refunded my money. Once they had the radio back and had my money they quit talking to me. Still waiting for my money after 6 months. Company refuses to respond to my phone calls or answer my emails. Also does not respond to paypal, the better business bureau or ebay. Please see their rating at the better business bureau before doing business with this company. I also sent a complaint to Ebay about them being a preferred seller with so many complaints during a years time for similar issues. They always have an excuse and try to make it the buyers fault.

Bought a radio from these people off of Ebay and it said it was "tested and every function worked" but the CD player locked up on the first try, showed an error message, and the face was damaged right out of the box. Sent it back the same day for them to repair it. They had the unit back in their hands 5 1/2 weeks ago today, still waiting for the repair.

For the last 15 days they would not even respond. I just opened a case with Ebay today. You can do that even if it is after the 30 day protection period.

Go look at these guys on the BBB website where you will see an "F" rating and lots of interesting comments... I just filed a complaint on there myself.
