I filed a complaint with dish network. I was told they are not liable as they do not have any liability with sub contractors. I did not hire a sub contractor I hired dish network. Dish network farmed the job out to someone else.I hired Dish network.

Dish network knows nothing about who gets the job nor the employee of subcontractor. Dish network is not responsible for whoever they send out. Could be a thief, murderer, rapist they send to your home and dish network says they are not responsible for who comes or what they will do as dish network is not liable. They will never disclose that to you when you place an order, nor will the sub contractor tell yoou they are not employed by dish network.

BEWARE, ask for a direct employee or go to another company. Your home will be damaged or worse. Dish network is not liable and wants nothing to do with it.

They will take yoour money and owe you nothing. Not even a disclosure stating they are not liable and the subcontractor is not liable. BEWARE
