This company is clueless about roofing and they do NOT follow code requirements. They give a 10 year warranty but do not honor it. I have had a leak for 5 years and they have refused to fix it. I even hired someone and had other roofers come out to figure out what the problem was and what they had done wrong so that they would be able to use this info to fix it as it occurred to me that they weren't fixing it because they didn't know how to. But this didn't help. They insist its not leaking! And they will sic their attorney on you to tell you not to bother them. Don't believe their BBB rating. I know for a fact that there are outstanding complaints against them, but the BBB doesn't report it ~ go to Angie's List ~ the BBB is a sham.
