Janine n Moshen Zargar are defrauding insurance companies, patients, hospitals through article 28 facilities they set up using unsuspecting healthcare professionals who are promised big bucks, big publicity n a comfortable life style. What everyone gets is screwed . Bills for services never preformed, pushing patients to go for unnecessary procedures n double billing for the services they preform. Janine Zargar- the wife of Moshen, a bleached blonde whose hair is as phony as her professional credentials ;plays the dumb blonde while all the time being the mastermind behind the money laundering, healthcare fraud schemes. Recruiting unsuspecting applicants through AllMed, Promed,Rehab Staffing n other corps set up Janine n Moshen Zargar - these crooks use the licenses of these honest professionals to commit healthcare fraud. If anyone complains they get fired n their practice bankrupted by Janine Zargar. Thieves liars crooks
