Doheny's Water Warehouse Bad Pool Chemicals and Customer Service Internet

I filed a dispute with my credit card against Doheny's because customer service wouldn't help and were very rude. "I've been a pool owner for 14 yrs. I always bought my chlorine at a local pool store. I never had a problem with chemicals until I bought Doheny's Pool Shock. The fillers in this stuff never dissolves in the water, it floats. It's impossible to dip out water without dipping out tons of particles. My pool water was murky & full of fine particles from Doheny's chemicals. I couldn't vacuum it out because it never settles to the bottom. It doesn't work well on algae either. I have entered 3 bad reviews about this product on Doheny's website and I get this message after submitting each review: ''Your review has been accepted for moderation.'' None of my reviews have never showed up. Anyway, I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOHENY'S POOL SHOCK!!! My credit card co sided with me. I had to ship the unused chemicals back at a very high cost, $108.00 plus to ship back the unused portion. I tried to go to the website to get information needed to file a report with scam Report regarding Doheny's and quite to my surprise, I found that I have been blocked from their website.

I can certainly agree with the terrible Customer Service with this company. I ordered and received a pool reel from them. This decision made as their product was built higher from the ground. We are a very old couple can't bend over easily to roll up and unroll the cover. The directions terrible, illustration of parts incorrect, parts missing. I called and after a three week wait finally received the missing parts. Then during assembly the end units fell apart.Pieces of tiny plastic all over the ground. Reported this to the company. After 11 communications I finally received a telephone call from a manager. He instructed me to return the entire unit for a full refund, they would pay for shipping and handling. I have as yet to have this terrible issue resolved. For such a renowned company a real black mark.
