At the counter the customer service rep. asked me what type of Insurance I wanted and I informed her "I just want what we agreed to on line." Since I had given her a copy of the form and it had no insruance cost listed, this is what I expected. She then pushed the contract in front of me and told where to sign.

When I returned the car I found out that the price had now gone to $735.00. There was Insurance listed that I had not requested, more than the car rental fee.

I immediately complained to the Dollar Car Rental agent who told me I had to call the 800 number. I filed a complaint when I returned home and with in one dayDollar Rental sent me an e mail denying my claim , because I had signed the contract. My staement to the agent meantnothing as did the web application form.
