I rented a car from Dollar Rental for 14 day cross country, I was charge over 1600.00 including a one way drop fee of 300.00 and this wasnt' even the abusive part!! I traveled with my very well behaved dog, put comforters on the seats for him to lie on and they charged me THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS TO VACUUM OUT THE CAR!!! no damage none, just a little pet hair. Well guys who work for Dollar and get paid nothing and you do the work look at what they do for thier customers. I will never rent from them again nor should you. I called to speak with a manager and they were rude and said they will put me on a no rent list so I can't rent a car.....and they didn't even care that I paid 1600.00 for the rental. I could have rented a very nice RV in which my dog could have been much more comfortabel at that price....scam
