When we first bought our used car from them, all seemed well. But when we realized 3 months later that this car was not going to work, they became very difficult to work with and trying to buy another car from the Sonic chain and have it shipped in to Denver was a nightmare (despite putting $500 down to initiate the purchase, they sold it out from under us but took a whole week to tell us this). Sonic Automotive is not to be trusted and doesn't understand the concept of customer service, integrity nor loyalty. As a matter of fact, when we went to another dealer in town (CarMax) where we had a fantastic experience and they gave us $1000 more for our trade-in than Massey would (and we were their customers!) and when we bought a car from them and had it shipped in, the cost for shipping was almost half of what Sonic charges. Be warned - you will NOT receive respect from them and their #1 concern is getting their hands into your wallet.
