This Chinese company owned by Mr. Wenjia Zhou has taken my money and ripped me off.
I ordered a set of Traffic Barrier gates that was suppose to be Brand New product. Instead of receiving my Brand New Barrier Gates, Mr. Wenjia Zhou's company sent me:
a) Used old barrier gates. They were weather warn with rust and looked as if they had
been in the rain for about 2 years. b) Paint was Chipped on all sides and falling off. I could see Rust and corrosion all over the
Metal / Iron Gates and It was Dirty with Greasy stains inside and outside. c) The barrier gates were missing pieces, bolts, screws, nuts, the remote control, dented boom arm,
Wirings were faulty and not working. d) The Covers or hoods were completely Broken and Cracked from end to end. The worst part of my experience with this "Fraud Based Company from China" is when I called them and explained to them what I received, they asked me to send pictures. I gladly sent pictures and explained everything. They then said they would send me some paint in the mail but that was all. I could not believe that this was the extent of their customer satisfaction clause which they state they have. 100% customer satisfaction.. I know now that it was a lie and this company needs to be shut down from doing business and taking advantage of their customers. After months of posting Scam reports on websites such as Scam.com and Rippoff report, they responded to my email asking me to send them an Apology and then they would give me a partial refund. First of all. anybody with any sense will tell you that the Customer Does not need to give an apology for writing bad reviews about the way they were treated online. I think Mr. Wenjia Zhou does not know how to run a business very well and Mr. Zhou should not be in business if he will treat customers like this. So I have decided that since they wont send me my refund and my missing and broken pieces that they should have gladly sent me from the beginning, I will continue to write poor reviews and smear the so called "Good Reputation" of this company all over every internet based Scam site and rippoff site on the internet. I am sure that this will stop many people from doing business with Foshan Perth Intelligent Door Co and all of their subsidiary companies. Here is a list of all of the names of companies that they go by. In case you ever need to buy a door - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FOLLOWING COMPANY:

"Perth Intelligent Door Co., Ltd" Why does a so called respectable company need to operate under so many different company names. Why is Mr. Wejia Zhou hiding his company under all of these businesses and subsidiaries?
