Door to Door Auto Transport Eugene Allen IS A CON ARTIST and a FRAUD!! Internet

I contacted Eugene Allen to ship my 19 year old sailor's car to him in the Navy from NJ to CA. Eugene Allen told me I would need to send the 250.00 deposit direct to his bank by western union and "guaranteed" the car would be picked up in two days. When the day came and I called for a pick up time I was informed the "it wasn't gonna happen." There was some kind of delay with the trucks, etc. When my husband got on the phone Eugene Allen the conversation got heated, Eugene Allen hung up on him, and has refused to answer our calls or emails. He purports to be a veteran and "support our troops". HAHA! He has taken advantage of a 19 year old boy who is on the other side of the country, alone with no family, about to go on a 9 month deployment-who is actually brave enough to serve for this country-for creeps like this. It is enough to make you sick. Ive contacted the BBB (he has an F rating),FTC, my County Prosecuters office, and filed complaints with all of them. i've called the office of Veteran's Affairs-he should not be able to use the military logos to prey on people. A Class Action Suit??? I'm all for it! And two other people he's screwed have contacted me--so I have a feeling we can really put the word out. Apparently he's been at this for awhile. He need to be stopped!!

I'll keep track of this post. Just say the word when you're ready for the class action law suit. Eugene Allen was supposed to pay me $700 ($2000 without discounts) only to disappear and use my graphics anyway. I sent him to collections, he denied ever knowing me or doing business with me.

Any news on this guy? We've been been contracted by him to transport a vehicle. Apparently he took the full balance upfront from the customer yet went to tell us that the customer had to pay COD. Long story short, we've been trying to track him down yet he's gone with the wind. Phones off, site down, operating authority revoked. My only curiosity is under what name is this scammer doing business now?
