I paid for Dr. Joe Rubino's Self Esteem program and the idiot didn't put the password to the pdfs in the confirmation emails. So I have his product but no way to access. Click bank (black hole) is no help and the guy who recommended him Song chengxiang is probably sitting on an island somewhere on the money he should be spending on some customer support. No response from anyone. These guys know better but they are so greedy for the money, they forgot to take care of the client. You think people would know better in todays times than to try to screw with people. Watch out for these amateur idiots.

This customer overlooked the password that accompanied his downloads. The password was resent within 60 minutes of being notified of the customer not being able to find the password. This satisfied the customer and resolved the problem satisfactorily.
