Dr. Micheal Johnston Terminated me as a patient and I did nothing unprofessional lying employees phenix city, Alabama

I recently starting seeing Dr.Johnston, I have only been seeing him 1 month. I had a problem at another doctors office In phenix city, richard valentine. His employees accused me of cursing @ them, & I have a withness that I didn't.

So I believe the nurses are discussing my personal business, this Is a violation agaisnt hippa laws. If I find out who Is lying about me, I will sue valentine & his office employees.

I will also sue johnston & his office staff, they have no right to treat people like this. This Is also patient abuse!!!!!. I will report him to the medical board for failling, to treat my illness.

Johnston office employees are unprofessional, johnston Is a A**HOLE of a doctor along with valentine. One of johnston employees had a snotty attuide. I also belive said something ugly about me to johnston.

All I did was request some medicine, & he wanted to be an asshole about It. These phenix city doctors are not good. Now I have to go to the hassle, of finding a new doctor.

But Its not going to be In phenix city, I rather drive 30 mintues or more. Then to see one of these a**hole doctors.
