Dr pascual's Body Oasis has now hurt several patients with their shoddy laser hair removal techniques, and equipment.
Their technicians are not trained in the procedures, just as salespeople to UPSELL everyone. They have made several surgical mistakes, they are being investigated for malpractice. Also for Mortgage Fraud. It turns out that Chris Murray who is Pascual's husband quit claimed several real estate properties into her name, that's mortgage fraud. stay away from these people.

Her South Miami office is the worse! I purchased a 30 day HCG program which included 4 follow up appointments, a full physical/bloodwork and 4 lipotropic shots as well only to have my second and third lipotropic injection and follow up appointments cancelled because they suddenly realized their office was going to be closed for two weeks. They lure you in with a great sales pitch and the day of your appointment, the people you actually have to deal with are brainless, rude young girls they have on staff. One calls to confirm an appointment then 3 minutes later they call to cancel. When you come in they have a chart and seem very organized but they never know why you're there. On my first visit they said oh are you here for xyz. I said no this is my first time here..."are you sure?" really? that alone should've made me run but, they got me. They got me and ripped me off. Their patient coordinator, Leah Roque promises you the best service, takes her time with you on the phone and even makes your first appointment and gives you the impression that you will be dealing with her when you come in however, you never ever see her at the office. EVER!!! When I contacted her to complain about the idiocy of their staff and how they cancelled my appointment and left me hanging for 14 days of the 30 day treatment she replied and said I was absolutely correct and promised to call me the following day - I'm still waiting for her phone call. They take your money and never come through with what they promise. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAFF - THEY ARE CON ARTISTS - THIS PLACE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE SEEKING HELP WITH OBESITY AND WELLNESS. If you have any doubt, call and speak to the staff and see for yourself. "Um, uh oh yeah, I don't know, I'm not sure"
is predominantly what you'll hear when you speak to them.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE PROCEDURES AND SERVICES THEY OFFER PRIOR TO DOING ANYTHING.
