dressale.com FRAUD DRESS COMPANY-THEY ARE A scam! Sheung Wan, Other

I ordered a wedding dress from this company on March 26, 2011 and even paid for rush delivery to be to me by May 5, 2011. The dress never showed up! I had several conversations with Sherry on live chat and was told the dress wasn't done, then the dress got lost in shipping but there was no tracking number to give me, then they made me a new dress in 2 days and yet it still hasn't shipped. I gave up on talking to their live chat and attempted the phone number, for it to not be operable. Then I emailed their customer service and got 26 emails of the same bullcrap story. I called my credit card company and they are taking care of me to try and get my money back. These people are a complete and total scam! I have yet to receive the dress and the last email I got from them stated they would give me $30 in coupons. Wow what a bargain! I am out almost $200. I have contacted Interpol to file a complaint, along with the ICC which investigates internet fraud.
Whatever you do, do not buy anything from this company! I should have been smart enough to check it out before I made the purchase. Now I feel like a fool and still need a wedding dress.
