| While filling out an online applc. for a small payday loan, a pop-up screen tells me I've won a gift vacation..When I clicked to opt out...my routing and account #'s were pirated...voila! These people are the scum of the earth... |

DRI SWREG on a credit card. We do not know the name of the company, but they sell software out of England, the software is called Tube Assassin. They delivered the software online, with no follow up CD or documentations or instructions only 2 Tutorial Videos which were not complete enough to be able to use it. Tried calling their "software support" and it was almost non existent. ONLY a skype number and a very non responsive, 48 hour response service, with one liner emails that show they didn't read thorughly the email written.
Then left 10-12 pleading messages no one calls back.
Email says you must make a skype appointment.
Make SKYPE appointment they don't call dont answer.
Then when I text them that I have an appointment, they say "it wasn't confirmed."
On and on and on. They could have picked up the phone and confirmed an appointment, instead texted and said text us your time and day, and of course when I did that, they didn't have an opening on that time and day...
LOTS OF HOOOOOOOOOPS! Studid hoops and obstacles to jump through after paying 1K for th software!
Finally UNISTALLED SOFTWARE called credit card company and got refund based on fraud. |

SWREG has scammed thousands of people, including me. You can get your problem resolved by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint/ . Also, send a complaint to the Attorney General's Office of Minnesota from their website: http://www.ag.state.mn.us/ElectronicForms/ComplaintForm.pdf .
If you file a complaint, they have to act. Also, this will help to keep them in check in the future. |
