Driver Whiz Software didn't work, No way of Contacted Company directly for Refund. Internet

This software never worked. The company has no direct way of contacting them. All emails go to a sub contracted "tech support" which keeps genterating emails with more instructions that don't work. I spent a lot of time trying to get this program to work. It doesnt. I have spent 2 days trying to get a refund. I now realize I was ripped off by this company. Even the domain name registry phone number has been disconnected. BEWARE - DO NOT BUY THIS USELESS PRODUCT. You will never see your promissed refund or receive any communication after they have stolen your money. I only wish I had researched the complaints before buying. Shame on me. Don't let it happen to you.

Unfortunately I am in the same boat!!! I didn't check reviews before I paid for their software...huge mistake. I am legally blind and for obvious reasons not the least of which is the critical stop sound I need the audio driver to work on my PC. Well I saw the 60 day money back promise (lie) and have contacted them thru a paypal dispute. I should also contact the better business bureau I am unsure if that will provide any results as their history is quite spurious. This "driver whiz" required ms to seek a tech support home visit because my PC refused to boot after running their software. DO NOT BUY!!!

I didn't look before I purchased driver whiz, and it doesn't work. I went thru paypal and it been about 30 days. I haven't received a refund, but time will tell. I will say this, that no refund no paypal.
