DSM Medical Supply Medical Supply DSM, Rude, Liars, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Charged my business and never received product Kansas City, Missouri

On March 15, 2011, my business ordered and paid for 24 bottles of Biofreeze. We were told it was to ship out within one week. I contacted DSM on April 1, 2011 and spoke with Dexter (rude) who told me that my order never shipped and he would ensure that the shipment would go out that day and I should expect them on Wednesday, April 6th. On April 7th, I called only to speak with Dexter again and I told him that I wanted to cancel our order because we were losing business waiting on them to decide to mail our product that had been paid for nearly a month ago. He was nasty when I asked for a refund and I asked when I could expect the money. I was told that he didn't know, I suggested a week, and was told he had no clue. I was curious why when I cancelled the order that he didn't give me instructions for returning the biofreeze once it came (since we were told it had shipped). He very rudely snapped at me and asked why I cared since we were getting a refund. That just told me it was never shipped. He got angry and hung up on me. I immediately called back and he hung up on me again. Today, April 8th, The "Manager" Scott, finally called me back and admitted that the order never shipped and offered to give me 2 cases of electrodes. That sounded okay, but I am still reluctant about ordering anything from them. I told Scott that I needed to speak with my doctor first. He called back only to speak to our doctor (the owner of the clinic) very loudly and rudely. I heard my doctor say" Do not scream at me". He told her that we had until noon to decide if we would take his offer. We were supposed to call him back, but he called us only to yell at me, calling me a "f*cking B*tch", He told my to stop my "f*cking b*tching and Get Real", and on and on. I said "You are the manager speaking to your customers in that tone?? He replied yes and continued to use profanity. I ended the conversation with a big "F*ck Off". This company is HORRIBLE! I would NEVER do business with this company no matter how cheap they are! In the long run, you end up losing money from having to wait and tell your customers that it should be here next week and it's on it's way.. They are liars and will take your money. They have no customer service skills and if "Scott" truly is the manager, well, that is a messed up company to hire someone that is rude and uneducated. I am still LIVID!! NEVER will I order from them again and I will do everything in my power to let everyone know what crooks they are....
