DTR or Dominion Towing is the tow company for my apartment complex I live in. We moved in here about two years ago and before we put our sticker on our cars they quickly towed us out of here and we had to pay the fines. Which was fine no big deal. Now here it is a couple years later and you never see them in here doing their job. I never have anywhere to park because cars that aren't supposed to be in here are parked in here. I have a ground floor apartment and am able to park behind and walk right in my back door, but here recently people have parked behind in front of my apartment. I don't know who they are I just know they're not supposed to be in here, and yet there is no DTR towing coming around collecting the cars up. You think they would considering it makes them more money. They need to do they job they are paid for but they clearly don't!
