Durashield Boat Covers

Durashield Boat Covers sold me damaged merchandise and wants me to pay to return it Plymouth, Minnesota

I found Durashield online and ordered a cover for my boat. I put the cover on, as I have done with a multitude I have owed before.. I have had a boat for 30 years, as I put the cover on.. a gentle tug on the back to get it over the corner resulted ina ripping noise coming from the front... when I checked it out.. I found the nose seam had come undone.. upon firther investigation I could see where the sewing had been left short and not double stiched in the seams as most quality covers are. When I called Durashield to see about returning the product or getting a replacement I was informed I would be charged for the shipping to return it.. charged a restocking fee if they determined it was a valid return.. and then be charged a delivery fee for the new one... it would have been exactly the same expense to just buy another new one.....when I called to express my displeasure... I was underwhelmed at the care I was shown. I can only say.. if you work as hard for your money as I do mine, you probably expect at least a little concern from a company when you have a problem.. if you do.. this isn't a good match for you.. if you don't.. this company may be heaven for you.
