durazo's auto sell sold me a car that was defective from the first day i drove it off the lot! and thats just the start of it. oxnard, California

let me start by saying that this dealership is one of the shaddiest places i hace ever been too. I bought a 2001 ford windstar last year from them for about 3500 hundred dollars. when i took the car home that day on the way home it started making this weird noise so i called the dealer the next morning. I spoke to the owner Sid Durazo who asked me to bring it back, so i did. It turned out that i had to leave my car for a week while it was going to "get fixed". To top it all of I had to drive my car to a mechanic and tell them that Sid had sent me. Sid himself did not call the mechanic to let him know what was going on. It took them almost 3 weeks to give me my car back and this whole time I had to borrow a relatives car to get around because the dealership could not let me borrow a car. I got my car back and 2 days later it started to make the same noise!! The problem this time was that i had moved almost 5hrs way from oxnard ca. it was not that easy to just drive back in a car that could leave me in the middle of nowhere. I decided to call them back and all they could say was you need to bring it back. I explained my situation and all they said was that my 30 day warranty was over and there was nothing they could do for me. I decided to just leave it alone since i did not have the money to try and fix this problem. Needless to say the car only worked for about 3 months and it has been parked in my yard for about 9 months. The latest thing to happen with this car and what lead me to file this report happend 2 days ago wich is now 1 year later from purchase day, I received my registration renewal and the license plates on my car are not the correct ones!! They put some other car's plates on my car and i drove it like that for about 3 months. I talked to a police friend of mine and he told me that if i would have been pulled over the car could have been taken away from me and i could have ended up in jail because that is a big felony!! so needless to say this car dealership needs to pay for all of the hardship i have gone through and I dont know if I can do anything against them but I want people to know and not get caught up with these people and i pray that these criminals are not doing it to other people.
