i was hired on nov. 14th to dec. 28, as the internet manager, webmaster and marketing agent for online sales for dynamicimportsdfw.net, Bob or masoud shaygan offered a $200 salary and 200 dollar draw against commission for any vehicle sales, i was to get paid $400 a week or in the event of sales or which ever was higher. bob held back $200 the first and second week, his explanation was he would hold on to the first week pay as he was his policy. the following
2 weeks he paid me $400 each week. on dec. 17th payday, my paycheck was $200, and on dec. 24th he paid me $140 because i did not show up for work on christmas eve, he wanted me to work at 2pm in the afternoon, but because i did not show he deducted $40 dollars from $200. bob or masoud shaygan now says i was not an employee but on commission, but he retained $200 for the first 2 weeks, then paid me the $400 dollars for 2 weeks per our agreement, he deducted $40 from my paycheck, he paid for business cards, but now his swears i was only on commission not an employee our agreement was oral: the first week of work was dedicated to resolving network, computer server, and workstations
problems, i also laid down cabling and wired 3 offices for internet services. how did he repay me
by criticizing my sales effort, lack of customers, a personal attack about my sales methods, etc. his
previous employees were responsible for all the computer problems i resolved. he had just moved
to a new location, no advertising, no radio, tv, print media. but he imagined and wanted sales in 1
week. the abuse continued meanwhile, everyone knows that in a situation like this get another
job, but with the holidays and the economy it was a no go,, believe me i tried everyday.
the most disgusting aspect of this individual is the way he treated me and everyone around him,
when i started working there, he would say that he wanted to train, someone to help him, that we
were going to be partners, that he was going to depend on me to help him get his sales and
marketing going for the dealership. that i would be handling the sales and financing for each auto
sale, but i always pointed out that no advertising or promotion in a new location was a desperate
situation, nobody knew where the showroom was. i even designed a flyer for him, which, after
it was printed, he did not want to pay anyone to distribute, he wanted me to do it, i said ok, but
pay me for the time in am standing out in the cold, i was the internet manager, not the flyer guy. the lies and deception continued and so did the personal attacks, i accepted this conduct for one
reason only, i am the only provider in my family, i am 61 years old and have to support my wife. DO NOT under any circumstances believe anything this man says, get it in writing of you decide to
work for him and if you want to buy a car, DO NOT leave a deposit for anything, because you will never get it back. |
