I have had my vehicle licence plates A(several vehicles) photographed on e-470 which is a private enterprise run by the Colorado Department of Motor Vehicle and the tolls ammounted to $68 dollars. Several of these notices were thrown out by roommate, however they say they sent a notice that they would take me to court for these charges along with fines and penalties totaling $386. dollars. on the 9th of September, 2011 they sent me a letter that indicated they took me to court on September 8th, 2011 saying that due to the fines and penalties I now owe them $%1,486.00. I called them on September 14th, 2011 and it was at collection agency and the price had increased and they would not tell me the judges name, they would not work with me and they said they will prevent me from registering my vehicle until this fine has been paid. I don't mind paying the tolls even though they cant prove that i was driving at any time just to take care of buisness, however they refuse and said they did not have to notify me of the court date and if I want to reschedule it will be an extra $200 per offense if no decision is made.
