East Commerce Merchant Soulutions ED MEDERIOS DISHONEST, SCAM! ROCKLAND TRUST/ EAST COMMERCE SOLUTIONS East Providence, Rhode Island

East Commerce Merchant Solutions is a SCAM! They came to mhy store and "switched" my merchant account using my banks name (Rockland Trust). ED MEDERIOS was the person behind this. He said he was switching my account over through Rocland Trust bank and lied about fees, etc. I paid to have a background check done and found him to be a Convicted Felon! My bank actually told me that they allowed this! He is a conviced fellon! Do not do business with east Commerce Merchant Solutions or Rockland Trust Bank! I was with my previous credit card processing company and totally happy. Now I've been fighting fees, PCI cost and undisclosed fees....This guy is a criminal and it's public knowledge! His wife is on all records but if you dig deep enough you will find he is the one behind this. Rockland Trust, you've let me down!

It's pretty nice that you are not only telling lies yourself and that you continue to give misleading and incorrect data and information about our C.E.O. . Complaining about East Commerce Solutions is fine because we know the truth about what happen with your account and making false compliants against East Commerce Solutions is not a problem. It comes with the territory of having over 28, 000 merchants and not every merchant can be satisfied even thou we try to make sure that every merchant is 100% happy with our services.

In fact if you look at the BBB stats for east commerce solutions before BBB they closed their Rhode Island operations which we were a member then but dropped the BBB because of their failures and decision to close their RI office and offer no representation locally. We only had 33 complaints out of 28, 000 merchants and all but 2 were 100 satisfied to the customers wishes. The stat's when you do the numbers are a A+ in anyones eyes.

But now that you have decided to personally slander and flat out lie about Mr. Medeiros being a convicted felon and other person un-truths and instead of keeping your complaints on a business level and be clear with facts and truths about the issues involving your former ECS account.

You also need to get more original, copying and pasting the same compliant all over the internet just shows your minimal intelect. And now you have taking it to a whole new level that is leaving Mr. Medeiros but only one choice.
