I purchased perfume from seller on EBAY : GIVENCHY - ORGANZA - Perfume MINI FREE SHIPPING Member id durszlak ( Feedback Score Of 121) Item condition: New Sale date: Oct 14, 2011 Quantity: 1 Price: US $11.95 I did not receive the item. I opened a case, and the seller responded saying he had sent the item and all would be fine. He never sent the item, and EBAY closed the case as I didn't want to complain anymore if he really had sent. Apparently, he knew this glitch and they closed the case, and the seller is now scot free. I tried to appeal my case, and EBAY refused. Till they correct my issue, I will not be using them. I was one of their first users being a member over 12 years, and they used to protect us, but now, until they correct this for me, I will not be using, there are others that will protect me.
