ebay motors - ERIKA WAGNER & WILLIAN BENEDITO, I saw a car for sale (craiglist)and there were many of them. I saw the same car in e-bay.motors. I sent

11/29/2010 ebay motors sent me an invoice for the payment of 01 toyota tundra. I had to make the deposit in name of ebay agent: Willian Benedito who was supposed to make sure that Mrs. Erika Wagner would deliver the car.


The deposit was made in name of Willian Benedito bank: BANIF located at Rua Pascoal de Melo n. 135 A 1000-232,Portugal. Account# ***********7710 IBAN: ********************7115 Bank Swift: B N I F P T P L. amount of $ 5.500,00


As soon I made the transfer I fax it to 1 800 506 0934 and got from them a confirmation that they got the fax and it would take 72 hours to ship the car that was in NY.


All the papers and e-mail I do have are from ebay motors, but until now I did not get the car and could not get my money back.
