Fraudulent seller in Oradell New Jersey Sells Me Broken Lock Bolt

eBay Top Rated Seller Hubcapjoes sells me a lock bolt on 8/7/13, and when the item arrived it was broken and very dirty. The item was not as described and I was very unhappy when he asked me to call him outside of eBay. When I called Joseph DeMarco of Hubcapjoes in Oradell, NJ he answered the phone very rude like and began berating me and talking down to me. I told him to shut up and that I wanted to return the item and he flat out refused. He over charged me to begin with eBay item number 370717233331, "BUICK CENTURY OLDS DELTA 88 CELEBRITY GREEN LOCK BOLTS FOR WIRE SPOKE HUBCAPS" item description was keyword spammed so I knew something was wrong right away but took a chance. Seller refused to give me a refund and wanted to communicate outside of eBay and he refused.

After hanging up with him I left him negative feedback because he deserved it, I thought I should notify Scam Informer about this eBay transaction with Hubcapjoes. The item was not what he said It was and was a waste of my time and money. After doing some research on this guy it appears his ripping off a lot of people. Just google "CrazeeNyDriver Rant About eBay Philippines Customer Support". Apparently he goes by the name crazeenydriver on youtube. This guy should be kicked off eBay.
