Educator.com Educator, Inc. Refused to issue refund after cancellation, Internet

I signed up for a single month of service. The company billed me again after the single month I agreed to. I notified the company I did not want their service for more than the one month and asked for a refund. The company policy explicitly states that any refund asked for within three days of billing will be granted. My request was on the same day as I was billed.

I received a reply from a customer service agent "Sarah." She denied my refund and basically told me tough. The exact language of the return/refund policy stated on the company FAQ page is, "Subscriber may cancel renewed subscription in writing up to three (3) calendar days after renewal date and receive a full refund of the new subscription fees." I certainly deserve a full refund.

Basically, I didn't keep their service because it isn't worth the money. I viewed a few lessons and I found that free services such as were just as good or better.

Bottom line: the company is a ripoff.

Educator.com is a scam. I got lured by a free trial offer, but then they billed my credit card at the end of the trial. I emailed them to refund the charge, but I didnt get a reply. In the end, I had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. Do not do business with this company!
