Elegant Services LLC has fraudently swindled many customers out of their money under false pretense. All homeowners who believed they were signing contracts with Josh Bowman, Josh Minowizt or whatever his name was that day, you should have this information. His name is really George Bowie a scam artist and has taken several homeowners for their money one way or another. For example this company sales marble and travertine to customers, lies and tells them its from italy when they are buying a chinese product, therefore misrepresenting to the customer and charging them even more than they should even though the product is the same price or less. This company brags about not paying their taxes and lies to customers telling them that all workers are employees when in actuality there are no employees. They brag and think its funny that they get away with taxes by paying their PM in cash to pay the laborers, some undocumented. This company lies to customers telling them they are in a partnership with a granite company that they are not. In actuality the sister is on the license for Granite and Marble Express an entirely different company and if you ask for the owner they will tell you that it is not her or the owner is not available. This company does not keep on their contract schedule and lies to customers that they are sick or in the hospital and cant be contacted for days but somehow show up to pick up the check. There is so much more. The Bowie's continue to lie and scam customers, insult them in front of other subcontractors but they take that money and brag about not reporting because they have ways to hide it. They lie to attorneys and dont pay their subcontractors, well at least they didnt pay me once I confronted them about some irregularities. Something as simple as not paying the required government rate for mileage. They said the have a right to come up with their own number (idiots and isnt that a crime?)or lying about paying my check direct deposit for 2 weeks. "Its the banks fault, they are slow", then "we dont have time to go to the bank". I still havent received all of my money they owe me. They have basically stolen from my children. They forgot they already gave me an excuse the week before. Obviously, I got outta that companyafter just over a month. They dont order customer items in a timely manner, partly because they spend most of their days drinking red bull and alcohol while popping pills or a smoke every 5 minutes. I have seen it. How can they remember anything? Their behavior is erratic, scary. Nu View has only changed its address and name. | I had a bad experience with this company too. They made mistakes in cabinet installation and were completely unresponsive to 6 weeks of my contacting them. Not until I told them that I was filing complaints with the BBB and VA consumer affairs did they bother to call me back. |
