They have all sorts of hidden fees and advertise one thing and deliver way less for much more in fees. They lie and are very deceptive. I am not sure what else to state. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.

Deceptive practices, reps don't disclose terms, conditions, rates, fees, terminal pricing. Bruce Schreier set me up with a terminal he bought and then sold me, he bought it from a third party and I'm sure he profited from the sale nicely. The terminal has not worked from day one, bruce would not return calls and now I hear he claims to own a processing company called MLS Direct Network. Bruce did not follow thru with any of the promises he made. He told me I would not be in a contract, I could cancel at anytime, no reasons asked, no fee charged. After not hearing back from Bruce, I called their 800# only to be talked down to, they were rude, they informed me I was in a 3 year contract with a $495 cancellation fee. As for the lousy equipment Bruce sold me the 800# told me that wasn't their problem, that the sales rep sold me something and I need to deal with him. They did offer to send me a replacement terminal for a fee! I just paid for the junk Bruce Schreier, "Bruce the credit card guy" sold me. Wow, how can he get away with this. Don't do business with Bruce Schreier or Eliot Management Group. There are reputable companies out there!
