Ellis Automotive Repair Taken advantage of. Installed wrong size A/C in Bus. Sherman, Texas

I contacted Charlie Ellis about installing a roof top A/C in a mini School bus. I explained to him that we take children on field trips in the summer months and needed to keep them cool to prevent heat exhaustion. He said he could do this for $2000.00. He also assured me that it would cool the bus down. After keeping my bus for more than 2 weeks, I went to pick it up. He stated that he had not done this kind of work in over 15 years and that it kicked his butt. The unit is mounted on the roof as we asked, but all of the hoses are exposed on the back of the bus. The unit he installed is for agriculture use. Like for a tractor or small cab of truck. We took the bus that day because we needed it for a field trip. After using the bus we dicovered that it will not cool down the bus. I took the bus back to Ellis and explained my concerns. They agreed to look into it. A couple days later we picked up the bus again. The said that it needed more freon and that the fan discharge was blocked. The bus still does not cool down. It blows cold air at the vent, but not enough to cool the bus. We still have to lower all the windows in the bus. The Children are extremely hot. We will have to cancel the field trips we have promised these children and thier families. I talked to Ellis Auto again. They said I can purchase a front A/C unit for the bus at quite a bit of expense. I explained that Charlie told me he could install an A/C that would cool the bus. Today he says you got what you paid for. He can't help it if the unit is not big enough for the bus. Will not give refund or make the unit work. I do not recommend anyone use this mechanic.
