EMZ shopping Ripoff on Money Back Newark, Delaware

I was talked into a 7 day free trial. I tried for 6 days and I could see this was not what it said it was going to be! I called to get my refund, as I noticed after 6 days I was charged 49.95. I was told at first it was beyond the 7 days. I then was told I could get a refund. After asking I was told it would take anywhere from 3-15 business days. A week later I called and I was told it could be anywhere from 3-21 business days. After 15 business days I called again, and was rudely told I just had to wait for my refund. I asked to talk to the manager and was told that only his supervisor was available. The supervisor was equally rude, and he told me the manager did not take calls. I was told it could come any day or 21 business days. This company has treated me rudely and the program is a ripoff!
