Enrolled me in subscription for monthly shipments when I only ordered a sample.

I answered a web ad stating I would get a sample of South Beach Java Diet Blend coffee for only $4.95. They sent the small sample, then I received a pound of their coffee and a bill for $79.00 and $7.85 shipping and handling. They claim I had agreed to monthly shipments when I ordered the sample. I did not see any notice of this in the ad. I asked to return the coffee for a refund. They did send me a RMA # 61576-0893 on Jan. 28, 2011, and I sent the coffee back a few days later. They did not say I needed a receipt proving I had mailed this, and I did not save a receipt.
Citi Card will not pursue my claim that this was fraudulent, because I have no receipt for the return, and South Beach Java claims that, as of Feb. 24, 2011, they had not received the returned pound of coffee. Meanwhile, I am being charged $87.84 by Citi Card--and I have no South Beach Java coffee.
