Entrust Bankcard is a total scam, designed from the get go to manipulate and take advantage of small business. The people who work for this company are balled faced liers and have no respect for others. The told us our rates would go down by eliminating the interchange charges, made us feel like we were being recognized as a trustworthy and safe company to do business with and then,with out showing us the paperwork, increased the actual rate per transaction by adding the percentages in a indecipherable way. As usual, another bank telling lies.
Has anyone been able to get out of their contract without paying exhorburant fees?

This company used to go by the name of :Paradigm Direct." I was ripped off by them too. They will dupe you into signing an irrevocable lease on a credit card processor through MBF Leasing, which also goes by different names, that is worth only 300-400 dollars, and you will pay thousands for it. Also, you will pay more in processing fees every month. These people have no ethics.

The above comments ring completely true. Ditto our experience with Entrust. We are a small earnest business and being duped by our credit card processor has been painful, expensive and embarrassing. Not sure whether Jessica Finegan is in on the scam or merely a customer service rep flailing away in ignorance. By any account, her service is less than satisfactory. But our anger and our legal efforts are focused on Entrust and Paradigm Direct. Beware this outfit and its many names. P.S. The founder and owner of this nationwide scam is Nathan Reis who is currently enrolled in the MBA program at Harvard Business School. Someone should call or write Harvard and clue them in on who they admitted.
