If you have been contacted by Entrust Bancard, telling you that you qualify for wholesale merchant rates and they can save you money, hang up the phone! Just do a bit of research online, and you'll find that this company is a scam. I was told by their rep that I qualify and she verbally promised to save me at least 20% per month. She tied me up in a contract with them and also forced me into signing a lease for their equipment for 5 years! Then when my statements arrived, I find that I'm actually being charged way more than I use to pay. When you call them to complain, you get a boiler plate response from their rep Jessica, that they never promise anything? Really? I should have recorded the exact words their reps use. They do promise and in fact verbally guarantee to save you money. Who would switch their merchant account so they can pay more? When you get the bill you find not only did your rates go up, but they also charge you all kinds of hidden fees. Unbelievable!!! Their founder and CEO is a joke, he has vidoes on you tube, explaing how great his company is and how smart he is. Well, great companies and smart CEO's don't lie to their customers to acquire them. He also has written a lengthy response to the hundreds of complainant they have received on their website, which is also a joke! This company uses unethical tactics to rip hardworking business owners off. They should be shut down! I am a small business owner and I corroborate the above statement. It's all true. Entrust and all of its affiliates are a scam on small businesses. Don't deal with them. If you are already hooked, find a way to break your contracts. Its a fraud.
