Ordered bulk Maca liquid extract from Ethnogarden Botanicals August 2010. My credit card was charged $256.53 but product was never delivered. No response from Ethnogarden Botanicals to my emails or to my requests for updates sent via "contact us" on their website.


I checked my "spam" folder, and there emails are no emails there either.


I ordered from them a few years ago and everything was great. I ordered from them this time because they were Canada-based and because they had provided great service in the past. But this time all is not good.


No product received. No refund received. No replies to numerous requests for updates. Complete silence from the company.

The same thing happened to me got charged but never received the product.
Phone number changed and now disconnected
